How to order food
What restaurants can I order from
In the app you can request a food order by pressing the food button located at the bottom of your screen. You will get a list of all locations that we work with located at the beach you are on.
How do I cancel a food order
Once you have placed your food order and paid for it you will not be able to cancel your order.
How long does it take to receive your order
The time it takes for your order to get to you depends on the dish you ordered and the restaurant you placed your order with. Once you have place your order you will receive a notification that your order is being prepared by the restaurant and they will give you an ETA for when your order will be complete. Once the order is done you and your butler will receive a notification. Your butler will be waiting at the restaurant waiting for your order which he will bring to you as soon aas it is ready.
What if I get the wrong order
If your order arrives and it is different from the items that are on your phone order then you need to contact your butler by texting or calling which can be done directly through the app. They will come and bring the order back to the restaurant so they can fix your order.
What if there is a problem with the order
If there is a problem with your order you will need to contact the butler who delivered you food by texting or calling to let them know what the issue is. You butler will bring your order back to the restaurant so they can fix your order.
